Over the past few months, we’ve been working across Stepwik to make the entire experience faster, cleaner, and easier to use.
From the moment you open Studio and start creating a Lab, to managing Courses, integrations, analytics, subdomains, and AI-powered workflows, we’ve been improving the small details that make a big difference.
Some of these updates are new features. Others are refinements you may notice immediately - faster interactions, cleaner interfaces, better organization, and more accurate insights.
Here’s what’s new.
A better Studio and Editor experience
The Editor is where everything starts.
We’ve been improving Studio and the Editor to make creating technical content more flexible and expressive.
Studio Revamp

We’ve refreshed Studio with a new interface, improved navigation, and a series of UX refinements designed to make content creation feel more natural. The goal is simple: spend less time figuring out the interface and more time building great learning experiences.
These may seem like small additions, but together they give creators much more control over how their content looks and feels.
Integrations are becoming easier to manage

We’ve also introduced an improved Integration Page to make it easier to discover, configure, and manage the tools connected to your Stepwik workspace.
As Stepwik becomes more connected to the tools creators already use, managing those connections needs to be just as simple.
More flexibility to organize your content

You can now create custom tags to organize your content around the way your team works. And when you need a tag that isn’t available, you can request a new custom tag directly.
This gives teams more flexibility to build their own content organization system instead of adapting to a fixed structure.
Explore, test, and build APIs with less friction

We’ve improved the API Playground to make exploring and testing APIs easier.
Whether you’re experimenting with an endpoint, building an integration, or creating a technical learning experience, the updated Playground gives you a smoother workflow for working with APIs.
Build with Stepwik

We’re making it easier for developers and creators to build experiences around Stepwik. Build With Stepwik brings together the tools and capabilities needed to extend Stepwik and create more customized learning workflows.
This is an important part of where we’re taking the platform: not just a place to publish content, but a platform you can build on.
Your own space on Stepwik with Custom Subdomain

Users and organizations can now create their own Stepwik subdomains.
This gives teams a more personalized destination for their Labs and Courses while making their learning experiences feel more like their own.
We’ve also improved the subdomain experience with:
✓ Better SEO appearance
✓ Improved content presentation
✓ A cleaner and more polished subdomain page
All these updates are part of a bigger direction for Stepwik. Explore the full release notes to see what’s new.
We want Stepwik to make it easier to:
Create better learning experiences.
Understand how learners engage with them.
Build workflows around them.
And increasingly, use AI to remove the repetitive work in between.
This is only the beginning.
We’re continuing to improve the Editor, AI workflows, Integrations, and the overall learning experience.
Thanks for building with Stepwik.
